What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount for local deliveries in Urapar. For deliveries outside Urapar, the minimum order is ₹200. Free delivery is available for orders above ₹500.
How fresh are your dairy products?
All our products are made fresh daily. Milk is processed and packaged every morning, paneer and yogurt are made fresh throughout the day, and ghee is prepared weekly using traditional methods. We guarantee maximum freshness and quality.
Do you offer organic products?
Yes, all our products are made from milk sourced from grass-fed cows that are raised without hormones or antibiotics. We follow traditional, natural farming methods that prioritize animal welfare and environmental sustainability.
Can I visit your farm?
Absolutely! We welcome visitors who want to see our traditional dairy farming methods. Please call ahead to schedule a visit, especially for groups. We'd be happy to show you around and share our knowledge about dairy farming.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, and digital wallets. For bulk orders, we also accept corporate payments and can provide invoices.
